Join us as we celebrate 150 years of God’s faithfulness to our church family in Richardson, TX. We would love for our former members, friends, and family to be a part of this special celebration.
The Care 150 Project
The goal of the Care 150 Project is to create 150 bags of toiletry items to be distributed by our Care Corps ministry to those who come for assistance. Items needed include toilet paper, travel size shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc. Donations may be placed in the marked bins on Sundays leading up to the event, or brought on Saturday the 28th.

Legacy Walk Museum opens – view photos, videos and memorabilia from the past in a walk-through museum format

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Come enjoy a time of fellowship with friends from the past and present. Relive memories of the City of Richardson, Abrams Road Church or Christ, Richardson East Church of Christ and CARE Church (1874 to present). Bring items for and help assemble packages for the Care 150 Project. Light refreshments will be served.
1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Ride air-conditioned buses and vans on a tour of Richardson and the various locations where the Church of Christ met from 1874 to present
3:00 pm
Legacy Walk Museum closes.
Church building remains open for groups who want to plan reunions and continue to their time together. If your group wishes to use space in the building for a gathering, please contact Don Hurst (972-231-8231, dhurst@carechurch.org)
