Saturday, June 1 Service Opportunities - Come Join Us!
- Pit Stop (8:00 a.m. - Noon) - Do you know a single mom or elderly person who could use a free oil change? Call the church office at 972-231-8231 to get them on the list. Volunteers are needed, and you don't have to know much about cars! Come join us! Jobs include:
- Checking cars in
- Putting air in tires
- Changing oil
- Parts runners
- Managing the hospitality room

Playground Workday (8:00 a.m.) - We need all hands on deck to get the playgrounds ready for summer. There is a job for everyone. Please bring shovels, wheelbarrows, gloves, rakes, hoes, etc. Donuts and water will be provided. CLICK HERE to let us know if you can make it.
Romans Reading Plan
Over the next several weeks, Greg Anderson will be preaching for us and will be focused on texts from the book of Romans. He encouraged us to spend some time reading Romans over the next few weeks. Prayer Ministry on Sunday Mornings - Opportunity to Serve
Did you know that every Sunday there are people in the Library praying for our worship assembly, praying for you, the church, over the prayer needs list, and also for anyone that comes in with a request that morning? This is a great ministry, and those that do it love it, because of the prayers and the deeper fellowship you develop with whoever else serves that morning. But it still comes down to missing our worship assembly on that morning, so we want to minimize the number of times per year that any one person or couple does it. Right now, the pool of people we know will do it is too small. This is one of those things that if everyone in the church did just once, we wouldn't have to have anyone do it more than once per year. So this is our pitch to grow our list of people willing to serve in this way.
